How it works
From drop-off to collection

Bring it in
No booking needed. We note the fault and what’s wrong, and you get a job number.

We quote
We check it and tell you the price. Nothing is done until you approve.

We repair it
Standard repairs take 1 to 2 working days. Complex repairs take up to 5, depending on parts availability. Parts we order take longer, and we tell you how long.
04
You collect
We email you when it’s ready. Pay at the counter and take it home.
Your passcode stays private
If we need your passcode to test the phone, it’s sealed on your job and shown only to the technician working on it. You can change it once you collect.
Repairs carry a warranty
3 months on the part and the work. Bought your phone from us? A fault under its warranty is repaired at no charge.
