Payflex:
PayFlex is up to 6 weeks and gets separated into 4 interest free instalments, therefore it deducts an instalment every two weeks. However you are only able to pay off the amount you qualify for. Please make a Payflex account to see the amount you qualify for.
Pay Just Now:
PayJustNow is quite similar to Payflex as you are also only able to pay off the amount you qualify for. It’s up to 3 months and deducts an instalment each month. Please create a PayJustNow account to see the amount you qualify for!
Float:
If you have a credit card and the full purchase amount available on your credit card then you’d be able to qualify for Float. It’s up to 6 months interest free instalments which you can do in store or online. Basically what Float does is, it is takes off the full purchase amount and then reflects back into your account with 2-3 days minus the first months installment. Depending on which payment period you choose, it will automatically pay an installment each month.
Free Nationwide Delivery
SM Mobile Traders offers free delivery across South Africa on all orders over R1000. For orders below R1000, a flat R99 delivery fee applies.
Cape Town Orders
If you’re based within Cape Town, one of our agents will personally deliver your order to your doorstep or preferred location within 1–2 working days.
⚠️ If your area is considered unsafe, we may arrange a meet-up at a nearby public location instead.
Nationwide Orders (Outside Cape Town)
Orders outside Cape Town will be securely packaged and sent to your door step.
• Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days
• While we take extra care in packaging, SM Mobile Traders will not be liable for any damage during transit.
• If a parcel is lost or stolen, and the courier confirms non-delivery, we will take full responsibility and replace.
All devices come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered:
• Internal faults
• Manufacturer-related issues
What’s Not Covered:
• Physical or water damage
• Battery degradation
• Apple software bugs
• Chargers or accessories
If your device develops a fault
1. We’ll attempt to repair it first.
2. If it can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it with a device of equal value/specs.
3. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be provided.
All sales are final.
You may be eligible for a return or refund only if:
• The device is faulty, or
• The product description or condition was incorrectly advertised
If approved:
• We will attempt to repair the device.
• If we cannot fix it, we’ll replace it.
• If no replacement is possible, we’ll issue a refund.
Returns must include:
• Original box
• Supplied charger
We only allow exchanges if:
1. The device is defective (excluding physical damage) and cannot be repaired.
2. The device becomes blacklisted through no fault of the buyer.

SM Mobile Traders takes fraud prevention seriously. We thoroughly check all devices we buy or sell to ensure they’re not stolen or blacklisted.
If You Sell Us a Blacklisted Device
You’ll be required to resolve the matter immediately. Failure to do so may lead to legal consequences.
If We Sold You a Blacklisted Device
We will replace it within 7 working days, provided that:
